Windows network programming amazon

Still don't know how they are on my network unless it's part of Comcast Xfinitys "Free" WiFi created by Comcast to allow others to use all paid subscribers networks when they are supposedly away from home. I have also seen an Amazon Echo on my network as well.

And Comcast wants to Kill Net Neutrality! Neighbors I suspect! It still doesn't have an IP address or appear in the list of devices connected to the router and I'm pretty sure it's a non-existent device. I wonder if that is relevant. One of the recent insider builds couldn't be installed on systems with AMD cpus. On another forum someone speculated that it was a wireless feature that see local devices, I would like to put that to rest as well, my computers don't have wireless, all of mine are wired in.
